Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking experienced Time Keeper to manage timekeeping activities in our organization. 

Job Responsibility:
- Record and maintain accurate records of employee work hours.
- Monitor employee attendance and report any tardiness or absence.
- Ensure timely submission of timesheets to payroll for processing.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with timesheets in a timely manner.
- Generate reports on employee attendance and hours worked as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proven experience as a Time Keeper or similar role.
- Familiarity with timekeeping software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication skills.
