The Tenant Liaison Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact between mall management and tenants, ensuring smooth communication, operational compliance, and high levels of tenant satisfaction. The role supports retail operations by coordinating tenant requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to mall policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between tenants and mall management
- Handle tenant requests, complaints, and inquiries
- Ensure tenants follow mall rules, operating hours, and standards
- Support store opening, closing, and fit-out processes
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other departments for tenant needs
- Conduct regular checks to ensure tenant compliance
- Maintain records of tenant issues and actions taken

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years experience in mall operations / customer service
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of retail or mall operations
