Supervisor - Transport

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor in Transport to oversee the transportation operations within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring the smooth running of transportation services, and maintaining the fleet of vehicles.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and other transportation staff.
2. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
3. Plan and optimize transportation routes to meet schedules and customer requirements.
4. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.
5. Handle and resolve any transportation-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports related to transportation activities.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick decisions under pressure.
5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
