Supervisor - Plumbing

Job Summary:

The Supervisor Plumbing oversees and coordinates plumbing and drainage installation, operation, and maintenance activities within a designated area.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and manage a team of plumbing and drainage technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
2. Inspect plumbing and drainage systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
3. Plan and schedule work assignments for the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
4. Monitor inventory levels of plumbing and drainage materials and equipment, and initiate procurement as needed.
5. Train new technicians on proper installation and maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and resolve inter-departmental issues.
7. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements:
1. MOFA attested Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in plumbing and drainage systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
