Summary:
As a Site Administrator in the construction industry, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks at a construction site to ensure smooth operations and efficient project delivery.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and organize site documentation, including permits, blueprints, and reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate communication and documentation flow.
- Keep track of project expenses, prepare financial reports, and assist with budget management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain records of safety inspections.
- Handle procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for the site.
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
