SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS - INFRASTRUCTURE (ROADS, UTILITIES, BRIDGES & MARINE)

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, bridges, and marine structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing large-scale projects and possess at least 10 years of experience working with Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE. Experience in RTA projects is highly preferred.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, bridges, and marine structures.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within set timelines and budget constraints.
- Manage a team of professionals and contractors to deliver high-quality results on complex projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance in project planning, risk management, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, with a focus on large-scale projects exceeding AED 500 million.
- Strong background working with Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE.
- Prior experience with RTA projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
