Senior Planning Engineer - MEP

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking for a Senior Planning Engineer - MEP to oversee and manage all planning activities related to our MEP & Data Center projects. 

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain project schedules for MEP projects
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential delays, and propose solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective planning and execution of projects
- Analyze data and reports to make recommendations for improving project efficiency and productivity
- Prepare periodic reports on project status, including milestones achieved and upcoming tasks
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements related to MEP planning

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, specifically in MEP projects
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certifications in project management are a plus

Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
2. Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
3. Ability to analyze project requirements and create detailed plans to ensure project timelines are met
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams
5. Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the planning and execution phases
6. Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Leadership skills to supervise and guide junior planning engineers in the team
