Senior Planning Engineer (Marine Experience)

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with experience in the marine industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a UAE/MOFA attested Engineering degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience working with Tier 1 Marine Contractors in the UAE.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop project plans and schedules for marine construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential delays.
- Provide regular reports on project progress to management.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with Tier 1 Marine Contractors in the UAE.
- Solid understanding of marine construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Strong knowledge of marine construction processes and procedures
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and maintain project schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards in marine construction
- Experience in cost estimation and budget management for marine projects
