SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Summary:
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in high rise residential, commercial buildings, and hotel projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the mechanical engineering aspects of these projects to ensure their successful completion.

Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the mechanical engineering design of high rise residential, commercial buildings, and hotel projects
- Develop mechanical engineering plans, specifications, and designs in accordance with project requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other team members to coordinate mechanical systems with overall project design
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure mechanical systems are installed and functioning correctly
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior engineers and project teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering for high rise buildings

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must. Master's degree is a plus
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Minimum 08 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on high rise residential, commercial buildings, and hotel projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
