Scaffolding Foreman

Summary:
The Scaffolding Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the false work in large-scale RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) projects and ensuring the safe and proper erection of working platforms according to approved designs.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise the false work in Mega RTA projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Oversee the erection of working platforms, in line with approved designs and in a safe manner.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of scaffolding activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to identify and address any safety concerns.
- Train and mentor junior scaffolding staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scaffolding Foreman in construction projects, preferably in Mega RTA projects.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of scaffolders.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Certification in scaffolding safety training is preferred.
