Rebar Detailer - Lead

Summary:
As a Lead Rebar Detailer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the rebar detailing process for construction projects. You will ensure accuracy, adherence to project requirements, and timely delivery of detailed drawings.

Job Responsibility:
- Lead a team of rebar detailers in preparing detailed drawings, schedules, and material lists for construction projects.
- Review project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate detailing of reinforcement requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify project details and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor progress and timelines to ensure that detailing tasks are completed on schedule.
- Provide guidance and training to junior detailers to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Perform quality checks on detailed drawings to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry standards, techniques, and software to continually improve detailing processes.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in rebar detailing, with at least X years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and rebar detailing tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Certification in rebar detailing is a plus.
