Quantity Surveyor-Civil

Summary:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civil Engineering, particularly experienced with contractors and specialized in residential and special projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.

Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
2. Evaluate and negotiate tenders from contractors.
3. Track changes to the design and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure that costs stay within budget.
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
3. Familiarity with residential and special projects.
4. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
