QA QC Manager

Summary:
The QA QC Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization to ensure that products and services meet the required standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
2. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
4. Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
6. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices.
7. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control roles.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
6. Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
7. Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
