QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:
DBB Contracting LLC is looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer to support our commercial building projects across UAE.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for commercial building projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Review project documentation and drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior QA/QC staff to enhance overall quality performance on projects.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer on commercial building projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications in quality control/quality assurance are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience in implementing QA/QC standards in commercial building projects
- Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software
