Project Manager-Civil

Summary:
The Project Manager-Civil will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects, specifically focusing on mid-rise to high-rise commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, knowledge of UAE/GCC authorities, and proficiency in project control methodologies.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage full-cycle project control including programme, cost, risk, and contracts, with a preference for FIDIC standards.
- Oversee the delivery of mid-rise to high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Utilize UAE/GCC authority knowledge to navigate regulations and requirements from entities such as DM, Trakhees, Civil Defence, and DEWA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Implement project management best practices and tools to streamline project workflows and communication.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's in Construction Management/Project Management being a plus.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 7 years in a Project Manager role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering mid-rise to high-rise commercial or residential projects (minimum G+15).
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, BIM, and platforms like Procore or Aconex.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CIOB is preferred.
- Prior experience working in the UAE/GCC market and familiarity with local authorities and regulations.
