Project Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee civil, structural, and utility works in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in data center or large industrial projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Lead and manage civil, structural, and utility projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data center or large industrial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes
- PMP certification is a plus
