PROJECT DIRECTORS - INFRASTRUCTURE (ROADS, UTILITIES, BRIDGES & MARINE)

Summary:
We are looking for a Project Director specialized in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, and marine) with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE, preferably with experience on RTA projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Oversee the overall planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to project teams to meet project milestones and objectives.

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in project management roles within Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractors in the UAE.
- Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects exceeding AED 500 million.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Previous experience with RTA projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
