PROJECT DIRECTOR - DATA CENTERS

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking for experienced Project Director who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Data Center projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with various teams, developing timelines, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:
- Lead and oversee data center projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and providing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize efficiency and maximize results.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data center project management, with a focus on successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
