Project Commercial Manager - Infrastructure

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Commercial Manager with expertise in infrastructure projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects independently, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of project contracts.

Job Responsibility:
- Independently manage infrastructure projects valued up to 250 million.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, negotiations, and financial analysis.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project lead in infrastructure projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong contractual awareness and understanding.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices
