Plumbing Supervisor

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor with experience in MEP projects to oversee and coordinate plumbing installations in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work meets quality standards and is completed within specified timelines.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and manage plumbing teams on-site to ensure efficient and effective installation of plumbing systems.
2. Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements for plumbing installations.
3. Coordinate with other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
4. Inspect and test installed plumbing systems to identify any issues and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
5. Train and mentor plumbing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plumbing techniques and procedures.
6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and manpower allocation.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing-related problems that may arise during the construction process.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor in MEP projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
5. Certification in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. UAE/MOFA attested degree or diploma is a must.
