Plumbing Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee our team of plumbers and ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with project managers and clients to determine plumbing project requirements.
2. Supervise and schedule a team of plumbers to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Inspect plumbing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
4. Train and mentor junior plumbers to improve their skills and performance.
5. Order materials and equipment needed for projects and maintain inventory levels.
6. Handle any escalated issues or complaints related to plumbing work.
7. Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role.
2. Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation techniques.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift heavy objects.
7. Valid plumbing license or certification is preferred.
