Plant Manager

Summary:
We are looking for a Plant Manager with experience in site workshop management, vehicle inspection, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the plant, managing the workshop, and ensuring that vehicles are inspected and maintained according to company standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage daily operations at the plant, including overseeing production, scheduling, and quality control
- Lead and supervise a team of workshop staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are safe and in good working condition
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and prolong vehicle lifespan
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for workshop and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in plant management, site workshop operations, and vehicle maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders on all levels
