Planning Engineer - Utilities

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer with a specialization in Utilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of utility projects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement project plans for utility projects, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to determine project viability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or budget

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, with a focus on utility projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong understanding of utility infrastructure systems and requirements
