Planning Engineer - MEP

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit experienced Planning Engineer - MEP to support our MEP & Data Center projects across UAE.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules for MEP projects, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and goals.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including project schedules, resource allocations, and progress reports.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in MEP projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Ability to create detailed project schedules and monitor progress
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges during project execution
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
