OPERATIONS MANAGER - CSA

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit Operations Manager - CSA, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Data Center & MEP projects related to civil, structural, and architectural works.

Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of CSA operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to ensure timely completion within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to address project requirements and concerns.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing CSA operations in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in project management is preferred.
