MEP Package Manager

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Package Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the MEP systems are installed and commissioned according to project specifications and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Plan and manage MEP project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor the installation of MEP systems to ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and project requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders

As per MOHRE Rules

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing MEP projects, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software is desired
