Mason Foreman / Concrete Works

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mason Foreman / Concrete Works to oversee and manage all aspects of masonry and concrete works at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of various structures using different materials, tools, and techniques.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons and laborers.
2. Plan and organize daily activities according to project requirements.
3. Ensure that safety regulations and quality standards are met on site.
4. Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to execute the work accordingly.
5. Perform quality control checks to ensure the work meets specifications.
6. Estimate material and labor costs for upcoming projects.
7. Train and mentor new staff to improve their skills and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of masonry and concrete work techniques.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
7. Certification in masonry or a related field is a plus.
