Job Description
Plan and manage logistics for materials, equipment, and resources across project sites.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor and track the movement and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
Develop and maintain logistics schedules to align with project timelines.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of all materials.
Prepare logistics reports, shipment tracking, and progress updates for project management.
Coordinate with vendors, transport contractors, and subcontractors for efficient logistics operations.
Implement cost-saving measures and optimize logistics processes for better efficiency.
Support QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and transport.
Skills Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering.

3–7 years experience in logistics or supply chain management for construction projects (UAE/GCC preferred).

Knowledge of materials management, warehousing, and construction logistics.

Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or logistics software.

Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple logistics operations efficiently.
