Lifting Supervisor

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is seeking experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all lifting operations at our projects across UAE. 

Job Responsibility:
1. Plan and supervise lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
2. Train and supervise lifting team members on proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
3. Inspect lifting equipment regularly and ensure it is in good working condition.
4. Coordinate with project managers and other departments to schedule lifting activities as needed.
5. Maintain records of lifting operations, including safety checks, equipment inspections, and incident reports.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during lifting operations and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree/diploma in related fields.
2. Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment and procedures.
4. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to lifting operations.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
7. Certification in lifting operations or a related field is a plus.
