Lifting Supervisor

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking to recruit an experienced Lifting Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations to our MEP projects to ensure safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on-site, including the use of cranes, hoists, and other equipment.
- Ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for lifting operations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train and mentor lifting operators on safe lifting practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of lifting activities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry, with specific experience in MEP projects.
- In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
- UAE/MOFA attested diploma is a must.

- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during lifting operations

- Physical strength and stamina to oversee lifting activities and potentially assist with manual tasks if needed
