LAND SURVEYOR

Summary:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, analyze land records, and create maps and reports.

Job Responsibility:
1. Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices.
2. Analyze property deeds, plats, and maps to determine the legal boundaries of a property.
3. Prepare and update maps, reports, and other documentation related to land surveying.
4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning of structures.
5. Adhere to local and state regulations while conducting land surveys.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field.
2. Certification as a Licensed Surveyor.
3. Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
