Land Surveyor - Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor with expertise in commercial building projects to join our team. 

Job Responsibility:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical characteristics
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels to collect data
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and plots for commercial building projects
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in all surveying activities
- Provide guidance and support on land surveying techniques and best practices

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree/Diploma in related field
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor on commercial building projects
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all surveying tasks

Skills:
1. Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and laser scanners
2. Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
3. Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints
4. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
6. Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
