Labour Recruiter

Summary:
The Labour Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring blue-collar workers with a background in the construction industry in the UAE. This role will involve bulk hiring to meet the manpower needs of construction projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with project managers and construction supervisors to understand labour requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online job portals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in the UAE.

Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Labour Recruiter or in a similar role within the construction industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, online job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field is preferred.
