HSE MANAGER - DATA CENTERS

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our data center projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and create a safe working environment for employees in our facilities.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures specific to data centers.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks within the data centers.
3. Coordinate training programs for employees on proper safety procedures and protocols.
4. Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to HSE in data center operations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HSE management, preferably within data center operations.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- UAE/MOFA attested NEBOSH or OSHA certifications is a must.

- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to HSE performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and lead HSE teams
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with managing HSE audits and inspections
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization
