General Foreman – Structure

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Foreman specializing in structure to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
2. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations on site.
3. Schedule work assignments and maintain project timelines.
4. Monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members.
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
7. Train and mentor junior employees.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of structural construction processes and techniques.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
