General Foreman

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified General Foreman with experience in data centers or large industrial projects to oversee civil, structural, and utility works in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site according to project plans and specifications
- Manage and lead a team of workers including subcontractors and ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations on site
- Monitor project progress and report to project managers regularly

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in data center or large industrial projects
- Strong understanding of civil, structural, and utility works
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction environments
