Foreman Utilities

Summary:
As a Foreman Utilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems such as water, gas, and electricity. You will lead a team of utility workers and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and according to safety regulations.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and supervise a team of utility workers
- Plan and schedule utility installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Inspect utility systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
- Train new team members on proper procedures and protocols

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman Utilities or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of utility systems and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Certification in utility systems or a related field is a plus

Strong understanding of utility systems and infrastructure
- Leadership and management skills to oversee a team of utility workers
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other teams and departments
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in utility operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in utility systems
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
