Foreman – Structure (Mason)

Summary:
As a Foreman – Structure (Mason), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to m m projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, laborers, and other construction workers.
- Plan and schedule daily activities on site to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Train and mentor new masons and laborers on best practices and techniques.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a similar construction role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
- Certification or training in masonry or a related field is a plus.
