Foreman - Piling

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Foreman with expertise in Piling to oversee and manage the piling operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of piling techniques and methods to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Job Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and supervise piling activities on construction sites.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during piling operations.
3. Assess project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
4. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of piling equipment.
5. Provide guidance and training to piling crew members.
6. Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
7. Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
8. Implement quality control measures to uphold project specifications.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Foreman in Piling or a similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, and materials.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project plans.
5. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Certification in Piling or a related field is an advantage.
8. Physical strength and stamina to work in a construction site environment.
