Summary:
The Foreman-Carpentry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all carpentry work on a construction site. They will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters to ensure work progresses as scheduled.
2. Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan carpentry projects.
3. Inspect work progress and quality to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Train new employees and ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to complete tasks.
6. Manage inventory of materials and tools needed for carpentry work.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a carpenter with leadership skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
6. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
