Foreman

We are looking for a responsible Foreman to oversee the workflow at our construction sites. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating tasks and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate tasks on construction sites and ensure that all activities are carried out according to project plans
- Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize wastage
- Report progress and any issues to the project manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a relevant field is a plus
