Estimator Senior - MEP

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Estimator - Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of civil construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and preparing competitive bids.

Job Responsibility:
- Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the overall scope of work
- Conducting site visits to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimations
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Utilizing estimating software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities in the project scope that may impact costs
- Presenting and defending cost estimates to management and clients
- Keeping abreast of market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive pricing

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Must be a candy user.
- Proven 10 Years of experience as an Estimator in the civil construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Cost Professional) is a plus
