ENGINEERING MANAGER - MEP

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager specializing in MEP to oversee our engineering team and ensure the successful delivery of our Data Center & MEP projects. 

Job Responsibility:
1. Lead and manage the MEP engineering team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
2. Oversee the design, implementation, and coordination of MEP systems in various projects.
3. Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and specifications for MEP systems.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project requirements.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a must.
2. Proven experience in MEP engineering with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
5. Professional engineering license is preferred.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
