ENGINEERING MANAGER - CIVIL

Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is seeking experienced Engineering Manager - Civil, who will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of our Data Center projects, ensuring that it is completed within budget, timeframe, and adheres to quality standards.

Job Responsibility:
1. Lead a team of civil engineers and coordinate with other project stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and vendors.
2. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Oversee the design and construction of foundations, structures, utilities, and other civil engineering aspects of the Data Center project.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide technical guidance.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering activities with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
7. Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Candidate Requirements:
1. UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a must. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects such as Data Centers.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills.
4. Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
