Engineer - FITOUT

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer specialized in FITOUT projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and interior fit-out of buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Plan, design, and oversee the construction and fit-out of buildings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control.
- Resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction and fit-out process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fit-out construction.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in FITOUT projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and interior fit-out techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Skills:
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
