Engineer Civil Senior - Fit out

Summary:
As a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Fit Out projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of interior construction projects. You will ensure that all fit-out work meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage and coordinate all activities related to fit-out projects, from planning to completion.
2. Oversee the development of design concepts and technical drawings in collaboration with architects and designers.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
4. Review and approve material selections, specifications, and contractor bids.
5. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to address any issues and ensure project success.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to fit-out projects.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of X years of experience in managing fit-out projects, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Professional certifications or licenses may be required depending on the project scope and location.
