DUCTING SUPERVISOR - SENIOR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Ducting Supervisor to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of various ducting systems in our projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Supervise and coordinate ducting installation projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all ducting systems meet industry standards and project requirements
- Manage a team of ducting technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot ducting systems to identify and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain project documentation and report on progress to management

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Ducting Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ducting systems and HVAC principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and HVAC systems.
2. Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to manage a team of ducting technicians.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints related to ductwork.
4. Proficient in using tools and equipment relevant to ductwork installation and maintenance.
