Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing all documents for a project or organization, ensuring they are stored, organized, and distributed efficiently.

Job Responsibility:
- Maintain and manage all documents either in electronic form or hard copy.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Monitor the flow of documents, tracking any changes or updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Prepare reports on document status and distribution.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in document management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
