Design Coordinator (Interior Design)

- Responsible for scheduling, execution and quality control of approval/schematic, detailed & IFC design & drawing packages.
- Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining DWG registers for review by designers & project managers.
- To work alongside a senior / designated designers, and conduct site visits to ascertain IFC conditions, organize surveys with site teams,
and represent the technical team at client meetings as required.
- To pursue personal skill development by researching correct details, overseeing technical problem solving and raising concerns,
queries or solutions to designers and or clients by way of workshops and RFIs, for consideration & implementation within a project.
- To conduct their on level of quality control over deliverables developed by draughtsman reporting to them, and contribute to the
fostering of a positive, productive and ambitious design studio.
- To nurture talent and encourage proactive, inquisitive and positive approaches to technical work within their sub-teams.
- To contribute to the improvement and development of technical engineering processes within the organization.
- To act as role models for the technical design team, by setting the best standard for delivery, communication and taking responsibility
for their work.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to develop and finalize design concepts.
- Facilitate design presentations and reviews with project stakeholders.
- Address and resolve design-related issues and challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and updates.
- Ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
- Prepare logs. Manage projects from start to finish.

To ensure the delivery of all required design drawings, schedules and documents in timely manner, in line with project programme and
agreed submission dates. To conduct overtime as and when required in order to fulfil these requirements. To be flexible with working in
the site office if required. Driving license required.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
