Cost Control Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join our construction team. The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring project costs, analyzing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Job Responsibility:
1. Develop cost control procedures and prepare budget estimates for construction projects.
2. Monitor project expenses and track actual costs against budgeted costs.
3. Collaborate with project managers to forecast potential cost overruns and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
4. Conduct regular audits of project expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
5. Prepare cost reports, variance analysis reports, and other financial documentation as required.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Cost Control Engineer in the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.
4. Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
